Warranty Policy

At Savaha Power, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered when a workmanship or structural issue occurs under normal use within the warranty period. It applies to Dzi beads, crystals, sacred wood items, spiritual jewelry, and related products purchased through savahapower.com.

Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, as shown in the carrier tracking information. The warranty applies to eligible quality or workmanship issues that appear during normal use within that period.

This warranty is separate from change-of-mind returns. Return and refund requests are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

What Is Covered

During the 30-day warranty period, we may cover structural or workmanship defects that occur under normal use, such as:

Bead strand or cord breakage not caused by misuse
Clasp or connector failure under normal use
Pendant or stone separation due to workmanship issues
Setting or attachment failure that occurs during normal wear

If an eligible issue is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the product and situation.

Warranty support does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, or excessive force
Normal wear after extended use beyond the warranty period
Damage from chemicals, prolonged moisture, improper cleaning, or extreme environments
Unauthorized repair, restringing, modification, or alteration
Loss or theft of the product
Items that show signs of improper storage or care
Final Sale, customized, or non-warranty items marked as such at purchase

Natural Materials

Many of our products are made from natural minerals, crystals, agate, wood, or handmade materials. Natural variations such as color differences, texture, inclusions, ice fractures, or slight size differences are normal and are not covered under this warranty.

Shipping damage or items received in defective condition should be reported under our Return & Exchange Policy. Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Other wrong, missing, or quality issues should be reported within 3 business days.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Clear photos or video showing the problem
Date of delivery, if known

Our team will review your case and reply with next steps. Do not send the item back unless we approve the claim and provide return instructions.

1. Does Savaha Power ship to my country?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, select countries in Europe, and select regions in Southeast Asia and East Asia, subject to carrier coverage.

Delivery availability depends on your full address, postal code, local carrier service, and customs requirements. If we cannot ship to your address, checkout will usually show a notice before you complete your order.

Some destinations may be unavailable because of shipping restrictions or local regulations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us at savahapower@gmail.com | huanglinus6@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, item quantity, and the shipping method available at the time of order.

The final shipping cost is shown before you complete payment. If we offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers, the applicable terms will be displayed on the promotion page or at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time = order processing time + transit time

Processing and transit times do not include customs delays, weekends, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. This email usually includes the carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link when available.

You can also use our Track Your Order page on savahapower.com with your order number and email address, or your tracking number if you already have it.

Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch. It often appears after the carrier’s first scan and may pause briefly during international transit or customs clearance.

5. What if my package does not arrive?

If your order is significantly later than the estimated delivery window, contact us at savahapower@gmail.com | huanglinus6@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the shipment status and assist you based on the carrier information.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, check your doorstep, mailbox, secure drop areas, household members, neighbors, and carrier delivery records first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order details.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit after review, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include reshipment or a refund under our Refund Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, where applicable.

For visible shipping damage at delivery, contact us within 48 hours. For other wrong, missing, or quality issues, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Our Shipping Process

After you place an order, we confirm the order details, verify inventory, inspect product condition, and prepare the item for shipment. Items are packed with protective materials suited to natural stone, crystal, bead, and wood products to reduce damage during transit.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. International orders may go through customs clearance in the destination country before final delivery.
